  • 1/4cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4cup + 1 scoop Tone It Up nutrition vanilla proteinif chocolate is preferred, can dismiss cacao powder
  • 3/4cup Super fine almond flour
  • 1scoop unflavored collagen(opt)
  • 2 tsp cold brew black coffee or espressoI like Chameleon brand, black coffee
  • 1tsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/3cup raw cashews
  • 2 unpitted medjooll datessoaked in hot water to soften
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • pinch Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4cup each chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakesto coat, after rolling into balls
  1. Add 1/3 cup raw cashews in a food processor or blender, then puree until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients.
  2. Puree mixture until consistency is thick, fudgy, but not too sticky. You should be able to use a spoon to scoop, then roll with hands no problem!
  3. Form into 1-inch balls.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds and coconut flakes into a bowl to roll each ball.
  5. Refrigerate over night, should last up to 5 days!
