Cocoa Buzz Bites
cup + 1 scoop
Tone It Up nutrition vanilla protein
if chocolate is preferred, can dismiss cacao powder
Super fine almond flour
cold brew black coffee or espresso
I like Chameleon brand, black coffee
unsweetened almond milk
raw cacao powder
unpitted medjooll dates
soaked in hot water to soften
Himalayan pink salt
chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes
to coat, after rolling into balls
Add 1/3 cup raw cashews in a food processor or blender, then puree until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients.
Puree mixture until consistency is thick, fudgy, but not too sticky. You should be able to use a spoon to scoop, then roll with hands no problem!
Form into 1-inch balls.
Pour 1/4 cup chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds and coconut flakes into a bowl to roll each ball.
Refrigerate over night, should last up to 5 days!
